US Business Awards

We have developed our own privacy principles which embody the US Privacy Laws.
We generally only collect personal information from this website when it is provided voluntarily by you. We will not share your personal information with any other third party without your express permission.

We do not publish the names of companies, organisations or their products that have not been shortlisted, nor will we disclose or reproduce any information from your entry. Therefore if you enter the awards, but are not successful, this will remain confidential. In addition, entrants may mark any commercially sensitive information contained in their entry as ‘not for publication’.

Copyright Ownership

The organisers reserve the right to use information contained in the shorlisted and winning entries (apart from contact details and any content marked not for publication) for subsequent publicity, promotions and other activities relating to the awards program.

For legal reasons we must assume copyright ownership of your entry (in case you are successful) however, as mentioned above, we will not use this information unless you are shortlisted or win an award. Entries are accepted on the understanding that the US Business Awards assumes copyright ownership of your entry, and that all information contained in your entry (apart from contact details and any content marked not for publication) can be reproduced in part or full by the US Business Awards in relation to the awards program.

Use of cookies
